InnovLead Canada Inc. ("InnovLead", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our proposal and engagement documents.

1. What We Collect

When you view an InnovLead proposal or statement of work, we may collect the following engagement analytics with your consent:

Page views — which pages you visited (proposal, contract)
Time spent — duration on each section of the document
Scroll depth — how far down the page you scrolled
Browser information — browser type and device category (no IP addresses are stored)
Timestamp — when the document was accessed

We do NOT collect: IP addresses, cookies, location data, personally identifiable information beyond what is already provided in the personalized document URL (client name and company name), or any information from other websites or browsing activity.

2. Why We Collect It

Engagement analytics help us:

Understand which sections of our proposals are most relevant to you
Follow up at appropriate times with relevant information
Continuously improve the quality and clarity of our documents

3. Consent

Analytics are collected only after you provide explicit consent via the consent banner displayed when you first visit a document. You may decline, and the document will function identically without any data collection.

You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us directly.

4. Data Retention

Engagement data is automatically archived and deleted after 90 days. We do not retain analytics data beyond this period unless required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect collected data, including:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Access restricted to authorized InnovLead personnel only
Automated data lifecycle management

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your engagement data with any third party. Data is used exclusively for internal business purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for future data collection
